1:1 Therapy
A space for the big feelings, tricky seasons and everything in between.
Therapy doesn’t need to feel overly clinical. My approach is warm, practical and individualised, taking the time to understand what’s going on, what might be getting in the way, and what could genuinely make things feel a little easier.
My therapy work focuses primarily on children and families, and supporting parents through the perinatal years.
I use a range of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Scheme therapy, Mindfulness and Narrative therapy, as well as play based interventions for our littlies.
For kids and teens…
A warm, supportive space for children and young people to understand themselves, build skills and work through the things that are making life feel a little harder.
Therapy is tailored to the individual child, with parents and caregivers involved along the way.
