Fees
From 1 July 2025, the Australian Psychological Society (APS) recommends a fee of $318 for a standard 46–60 minute consultation, and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. (AAPi) recommends $330.

Our fees:
Standard session (50 minutes): $200.00
Clients with a valid mental health treatment plan are eligible for a medicare rebate (see below).

REBATES & INSURANCE:

Current Medicare Rebate (as of July 2025): $98.95
Out of pocket cost: $101.05
If you wish to claim a Medicare rebate, a valid GP referral and Mental Health Treatment Plan is required at the time of your appointment.

Sessions are billed as per NDIS price guide (self-managed and plan-managed only).
Non face-to-face time, including report writing, case notes, parent and stakeholder meetings, as well as travel time where applicable, will also be charged in line with NDIS guidelines.

Fees are charged in line with current DVA fee schedules. Spaces for DVA clients are limited. Please get in touch to discuss availability.
