Hi, I’m Bianca - a psychologist, an imperfect human, and the person behind Mor & Co. Psychology.
I work with children, adults, parents and families across a range of life stages and challenges. People often come to see me when things feel overwhelming, sticky, or just harder than they expected. Whether it’s anxiety, low mood, life transitions, parenting stress, relationship pressures, family changes, or navigating life as a neurodivergent person.
I have worked in both private practice and family focused settings, where I have supported people across the lifespan, from young children to older adults. I have a background in behaviour support and - in what feels like a previous life - I have worked in child protection where I worked closely with children and young people in foster and kinship care. These experiences have profoundly shaped the way I practice today, grounding me in trauma-informed, relationship-focused and deeply respectful work.
I have a particular interest in perinatal mental health and supporting parents through this chapter, from preconception to early parenthood and adjusting to family life - a time that can be both miraculous and also unexpectedly challenging.
My approach is relaxed, collaborative, and realistic. Therapy is a space to slow things down, make sense of experiences and work towards change at a pace that feels right for you.
Outside of work, when I’m not building sandcastles / teepees / towers, or refereeing snack disputes, I enjoy cake decorating, travelling, catching a pilates class, or listening to a good podcast. My most used phrase is “where did I put my phone/keys?” and I am still working on my revenge bedtime procrastination..
